Donation and sales policy
Instituto Sivis, a legal entity governed by private law, headquartered at Rua Mauricio Caillet, 47, Bairro Verde Verde, Curitiba, Paraná, CEP 80.250-110, registered with the CNPJ/MF under No. 14919095 / 0001-56, state registration under No. 90751637-78, is a non-profit organization.
The terms of this document deal with donations made by individuals to Instituto Sivis on a voluntary basis and without obligation of continuity for a pre-stipulated period.
By making financial contributions to Instituto Sivis, individuals declare to agree to these terms.
The donations made to Instituto Sivis will be destined to the operation of the organization, its projects and partnerships. All the amount raised will contribute to the work and maintenance of Instituto Sivis, and may be allocated on different projects, according to strategic plans and specific needs.
ETHICS AND ACCOUNTING
Instituto Sivis undertakes to disclose, annually, in electronic form, the “Accountability Report”.
The activities carried out by Instituto Sivis will be disseminated through email marketing, the official Facebook and LinkedIn pages, the organization's website and may also be disseminated by sending materials to communication vehicles.
All actions of Instituto Sivis, including but not limited to fundraising, have as their sole objective the fostering of a truly democratic culture in Brazil and in the world. No member of the Instituto Sivis will personally benefit from the organization's actions, partnerships or financial revenues.
REFUSAL OF DONATIONS
Instituto Sivis reserves the right to refuse donations, even without motivation. The amount will be returned to the donor in its entirety.
DONOR RELATIONSHIP CHANNEL
Instituto Sivis will maintain a channel for updating registration and financial data, providing information and solving problems for all donors by email [email protected].
PAYMENT OPTIONS
For donations made through the website, Instituto Sivis will not provide bank account for transfer or deposit unless exceptions previously agreed with the Fundraising Department. Neither will donations in cash, at events or at their headquarters, be accepted without prior agreement with the Fundraising Department and authorization from the Finance Department.

CREDIT CARD
Donations made by debit and/or credit card will be charged through an approved and secure payment gateway.
NON PAYMENT OF DONATIONS
Non-payment of one or more donations, regardless of the reason, will not cause the DONOR a charge of a fine, interest or inclusion in any type of credit restriction register. The payment of donations is optional and can be suspended at any time through the email [email protected].
DATA PRIVACY
Instituto Sivis undertakes not to disclose your data to third parties, send unwanted messages (SPAM), content unrelated to the cause and/or activities of the organization itself. All data shared between the DONOR and Instituto Sivis will be stored on secure servers using competent providers for this service.
PagSeguro:
For donations and sales of the “Coletânea da Democracia”, we use PagSeguro's server, which has licensed encryption and authentication technology to securely transmit sensitive information, including credit card numbers, password and other private information. To keep user information secure, PagSeguro uses high technology.
Sivis' website security
To further ensure site security, Sivis uses Wordfence premium protection system, designed specifically to effectively protect WordPress sites. Wordfence includes a firewall and malware scanning system, thus ensuring site security and blocking various types of attacks.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Unsubscribing from fundraising and communication mailings may be requested at any time by email to [email protected].
REFUND POLICY
In case of donation entries by mistake, fraud or duplicity, the refund can be requested by email to [email protected]. The refund request will be reviewed and processed within 15 days.
MENTIONING INSTITUTO SIVIS IN PUBLICATIONS
The donation to Instituto Sivis does not authorize the DONOR to speak publicly on behalf of Instituto Sivis, as a representative, volunteer or supporter. The use of Instituto Sivis logo in commercial or print publications online, by companies, other civil society organizations or websites, is prohibited, even if their members donate or have donated to the organization.
Instituto Sivis provides a donor seal that can be used on the social networks and/or websites of its donors. To request the seal, please contact us via email [email protected]. All content on websites, marketing emails, print publications and videos produced by the Instituto Sivis are the property of Insituto Sivis and its partners and, when replicated, must cite the original source.
FUNDRAISING TERMS
Any fundraising action on behalf of Instituto Sivis will be individual and voluntary and must be agreed in advance with the Instituto Sivis’ Fundraising Department, requesting written authorization and respecting the organization's terms of conduct.
GENERAL
Instituto Sivis reserves the right to change these terms at any time, whenever necessary and in order to improve the relationship with its donors.
